My boyfriend and I came into Shapla around 9pm and the owner and staff were so welcoming and helped us navigate the menu. The owner suggested the Nepali Tikka and it was beautiful and spicy. The prawn pathia was also amazing and we highly recommend it as a starter. We will definitely be back!

I’ve been to Shapla many times now and always enjoy a good meal. My recent visit I opted for the Shapla Lamb Tikka special and it was excellent. The keema naan was superb and one of the best I’ve had, with loads of meat! I’d recommend visiting when you’re in Sheffield as you won’t be disappointed. The only negative for me is it is often quiet which impacts the atmosphere a bit and a real shame as it’s a warm and friendly restaurant there’s very welcoming and supported with great service.

What an incredible curry house! I travel up every year from Gloucester to watch the Snooker and always visit for a fresh, delicious and flavourful curry. No heat up rubbish here, just piping hot, freshly prepared food that will satisfying the most hardened curry lover! Service is impeccable and prices very reasonable; I am looking forward to my visit next year and advise anyone in the area to try them out... you won’t be disappointed.

I recently dined at Shapla Restaurant in Sheffield and had an exceptional experience. The food was delicious, showcasing authentic Indian and Bangladeshi flavors. A Sheffield staple I've visited countless times and always spot on. Friendly welcoming staff beautiful tasteful dinning room and incredibly authentic to dishes all at reasonable prices.

I use this restaurant every night when visiting Sheffield. I cannot speak highly enough of it. Courteous, polite staff, happy to engage in conversation. Excellent food. I love it!

We had a really good meal here while visiting Sheffield. All the food was delicious. We only had time to get mains and they arrived very quickly. I am vegetarian and absolutely loved the veg madras and tarka daal - usually I find vegetable curries lacking, but not this one. All the staff were lovely. We would 100% come back.
